Judicial Dilemma For America: The Jury Of One's Peers

Just thinking about the 'being judged by a jury of one's peers' thingy.

So, how much time and effort will be spent bringing in jihadists, serving in the American army who hold the rank of Major or higher? 

Those are his peers, right?
