I am asking this particularly of the squishy, ugly, emasculated Jewish left that is constantly screeching about how HATE SPEECH CREATED THE HOLOCAUST.
So, if hate speech, and hateful words led to the Holocaust (by their logic) then how come hate speech coming from current Islamic jihadist Nazi-like regimes are somehow exempt from this theory?
Why should we have taken Hitler's "hate speech" seriously, but not Turkey's?

I was dumbfounded to find myself in complete agreement with Lawrence Ben-Eliezer and completely appalled by the position taken by Lorne Honickman on free speech. Honickman is usually pretty sensible, but he is completely and totally wrong on the free speech issue. Completely wrong-he thought that the Supreme Court did a fine job with its recent decision (idiotic) and that Canadians agree that we need limits on free speech. Need! He talked about libel laws, which are also dated and largely ineffective.
I will post the audio when it is posted on Oakley's web site.

First of all-who in the hell calls the police and handcuffs an 8 year old child? What kind of cretin police officer handcuffs a child? I don't care what kind of "tantrum" it was-an 8 year old girl cannot be handcuffed and jailed in a civilized society.
Then, read the article.
The girl's name is Jmyha Rickman.
Now we already know that odd sounding names put certain people at a disadvantage. Some kids start out life disadvantaged because their parents are total morons who-in this case-didn't realize that the letter "y" was not a sufficient application of vowel sounds for an easily pronounceable name.
The child has no parents in the picture-just a "guardian".
And the stupid school is named "Love Joy Elementary School".
For real.
This could just as easily be called-everything dysfunctional in the African American community today. And the police-black or white, are just as reprehensible as the alleged adults, the absent parents who have failed this child from her birth.

The Power of One Good Idea
This is a story about how one good idea, and about how one moment of feeling grateful can change lives and save lives.
"Tim Kenny challenged two of his insurance industry colleagues, John Bender and Enda McDonnell, in July 1999 to give back to society since life for the trio was “pretty good,” according to Kenny. Less than a year later, on March 17, 2000, the first St. Baldrick’s Foundation event was held at a Manhattan bar where 19 heads where shaved, resulting in $104,000 in donations to the Children’s Oncology Group."
“We wanted to do something more beneficial than hanging out at the bar for the whole day,” Kenny told FoxNews.com.
“And it grew rapidly from there.”
In 2012 alone, the foundation raised nearly $33.5 million for pediatric cancer, thanks to more than 56,000 participants.

So I was on the subway yesterday, leafing through a magazine and it was the Women of Influence magazine. Never heard of it before, but it's one of those empowering women type of things.
ANYWAY, I got to the middle spread and almost peed in my pants laughing.

I am very suspicious of the diagnosis "ADHD".
It used to be that people recognized that boys had ants in their pants. Now just being a boy is considered unacceptable, so legions of boys are having drugs shoved into their systems-at their parents' and teachers' bequest, making them unstable, dysfunctional half zombies.
I find it totally disgusting.
This is the real war on boys and men, and you will find that it is mostly a war promoted and fought by women. The dads and the other men just step aside.
If there is such thing as "ADHD"-is there a 100% universal set of diagnostic criteria? If not-I call bullshit.
If all the diagnostic criteria are subjective, I'd say we have to seriously examine why we are standing by when hundreds of thousands of innocent young boys are being turned into drug addicts for no other reason than their excess energy, restlessness and other boy-behaviours are troublesome to the adults around them.
Who benefits from this? Yes-pharmaceutical companies for sure. The therapy industry. The social work industry. And then-they become a block that supplies the adult help/therapy/pharma industry for years to come.
Stop drugging children.

"Belgian" Attitudes Toward Jews
Basically can be summed up as "get the hell out".
But the headline is rather misleading. It's not really "Belgian" attitudes toward Jews that are the problem (although I am quite sure they are not brilliantly glowing attitudes). The problem seems to be-ahem-the attitude of Belgian based Muslims toward Jews.

"Last month, Joods Actueel, a Jewish monthly in the Belgian city of Antwerp, which has a relatively large population of 20,000 Jews, published the shocking results of a survey among almost 4,000 schoolchildren between 14 and 18 years old."
"The survey, conducted by Mark Elchardus, a sociology professor at Brussels University, showed that up to 75% of Muslim youths in the city harbor anti-Semitic feelings."
