Oy to the Vey, The IDF Blog Made Me Cry Today (In A Good Way)
Was reading their post today on the Top 10 IDF Photos of the year.
Number 10 took my breath away.
Number 8 made me cry.
If you can read number 8 and look at the photo without tearing up let me know.
Number 5-what can I say? Inspirational. Societies can and should be judged by how their most vulnerable, like the elderly and disabled are treated.
Number 4 made me very proud about Israel, despite the hardships faced by Ethiopian Jewry and their aliyah, it is wonderful to have them in Israel.
For the guys-very cute female soldiers in photo 3. Really gorgeous!

Jerusalem Police Pretty Impotent and Blind to Palestinian Sexual Assaults On Jewish And Arab Women at Hebrew University
French Hill in Jerusalem is pretty much a nightmare in terms of stolen cars, and sexual harassment.
No matter how much residents complain and ask for more assistance, the answer is-as you see the police spokesman say "if we get a report, we'll respond".

Self defense is not a bad idea, certainly being armed is better.
Of course, if a woman (either Jewish or Arab) did pull a gun and injure or kill an attacker she would definitely be charged.
It's a lose lose situation when authorities turn a blind eye to the lawlessness in French Hill and particularly around Hebrew U. It's VERY creepy there at night.

A fine, honourable and independent, healthy 89 year old man who survived World War Two cannot walk freely in America and can just barely survive assault by disgusting young punks who have no idea about respect, civic responsibility or any morals or scruples whatsoever.
No major liberal media will report on this of course. It's just not a crime if an upstanding white citizen and vet is injured I guess.
I'd be willing to bet these punks have no father at home.
