French Hill in Jerusalem is pretty much a nightmare in terms of stolen cars, and sexual harassment.

Of course, if a woman (either Jewish or Arab) did pull a gun and injure or kill an attacker she would definitely be charged.
It's a lose lose situation when authorities turn a blind eye to the lawlessness in French Hill and particularly around Hebrew U. It's VERY creepy there at night.
