Kathy Draidle Asks: What's So Wrong About Being "Anti-Islam"?

I think it's a fair question.

Here's another question.

Is it wrong to hate mint chocolate chip ice cream? Because I really, really, really hate it. I also really, really hate decaffeinated coffee-it's a real crime against humanity.

My husband is Persian Jewish. He really, really hates gefilte fish. Does he have to like it? Is it hate speech for him to say "I hate gefilte fish"? What if he put that on the internet?

What's the difference between hating a flavour of ice cream and hating a religion, temperature or ethnic food or religion? Why is there any difference? And yes-I understand that PEOPLE HATE JEWS.

So? They hate us. Big. Freaking. Deal.

So, in a democracy why is it OK to hate a certain song or nail polish colour, but not a certain group of people?

I'd like a lefty to explain it to me.
