Britain shows us the exactly WRONG way of dealing with an attempted kidnapping of one of its soldiers.
The right thing to do is to have more uniformed soldiers and more armed officers, a bigger show of strength, more resolution, more visible shows of resolve, more courage and more public police presence.
This is a despicable act of cowardice and Britain will continue to suffer as a result.
Might as well just wave a white flag around all army bases in the UK.
