What the Obama Health Tax is About

By creating the ObamaCare tax, the Supreme Court of the United States has created a means for the federal government to slap a price on non-conformity.

Or as Mark Steyn notes:

"Only in America does "health" "care" "reform" begin with the hiring of 16,500 new IRS agents tasked with determining whether your insurance policy merits a fine. It is the perverse genius of Obamacare that it will kill off what's left of a truly private health sector without leading to a truly universal system. However, it will be catastrophically unaffordable, hideously bureaucratic, and ever more coercive. So what's not to like? "

Only complete idiots glorify state run medicare systems. While paying public lip service to archaic, utopian notions of 'fairness', these same idiots will still use any contacts and connections that they may have privately to get to the front of the line and to the best specialists when they or their loved ones are sick.

By the way, for all of Canadian socialists' haranguing about universal health care, it can be said that nobody in Canada has ever been put on a wait list for dental care. Why? Because dental care is exempt from the Canadian Health Act.

For some reason, Canadians are trusted enough with their teeth, but not with the rest of their bodies.

Nobody ever died in Canada waiting for a root canal or for a tooth to get extracted.
