Monday Jewlicious Link Dump

You know the drill, busy, busy, busy OY AM I BUSY.

But, there are a bunch of things going on in the world that are really making me sick, so I have to share them with you.

In no particular order.

Eurabia is doomed:

Danish lefties prefer national suicide to curbing mass immigration.

Anjem Choudary get thrown in the clink, looks forward to prime proselytizing time. This is another band-aid solution, 'tough talk' baloney "solution" to an immigration policy problem.

America is screwed:

As per the great Mark Steyn "the mullahs are nuking us and American leaders are talking about transgendered washrooms"...make that toys.

Priorities!

This is your city on liberalism: frustrated NYC cops take pictures of swarms of homeless bums, post on social media, disgusted by decline under commie mayor.

As the NY Post puts it, '20 years of clean-up pissed away'.

What else?

Via Instapundit, a glimpse into the mind of leftists when it comes to free speech: vilify free speech advocates, plain and simple and try to turn them into "crazies".

"Speech nuts, like gun nuts, have amassed plenty of arguments, but they—we—are driven, too, by a shared sensibility that can seem irrational by European standards. And, just as good-faith gun-rights advocates don’t pretend that every gun owner is a third-generation hunter, free-speech advocates need not pretend that every provocative utterance is a valuable contribution to a robust debate, or that it is impossible to make any distinctions between various kinds of speech. In the case of online harassment, that instinctive preference for “free speech” may already be shaping the kinds of discussions we have, possibly by discouraging the participation of women, racial and sexual minorities, and anyone else likely to be singled out for ad-hominem abuse. Some kinds of free speech really can be harmful, and people who want to defend it anyway should be willing to say so.

And Professor Reynolds has the right prescription for this soft totalitarianism:

"...the lesson from the “gun nuts” is: Don’t compromise, don’t admit that there’s such a thing as a “reasonable restriction,” don’t back down, and keep pointing out that your opponents are liars and hypocrites. And punish the hell out of politicians who vote with the other side."

To which I would add, that conservatives must do as Mark Steyn says: not expect politicians to 'do the right thing', but rather, consistently and relentlessly make it difficult, if not bloody impossible for them to do the wrong thing.

For heaven's sake, make them pay too high a price for doing the wrong thing (see Chuck Schumer for example)!

And some heartache-leftist media sort of notices Obama vilifying an opponent.

Thoughts for the day from John Nolte of Breitbart:

And this:

Listening to consultants has not really paid off for Republicans in America, unless by 'paying off' one means, "keep cushy government job" and not "be in power and lead", but what do I know?!?!
