Alinsky playbook. Seems perfectly logical to me that the order would have come from the Community Organizer in Chief.

That's a VERY important point.
If the White House and the IRS are targeting the very type of person who personifies the American Dream, then what does that person/administration want America to become? What does that mean.
It means, in other words, that the person (or administration or bureaucrat) perpetrating this type of crime against a citizen is the antithesis of the American Dream.
He is the American Nightmare.
