Perfect Match: Brazilian Kids Learn English Speaking to Seniors in America

This is a pretty neat idea, I really like it, but the one thing that makes me sad is thinking about the isolation of seniors in America-well in the West.

Not long ago, multi-generations of the same families lived together in the same houses, or at least in the same cities. There is so little respect for elders now-and that is a real shame.

There is a reason why "Honor your parents" is a big commandment. It's even above "Thou shalt not murder."

It's also "honor" not "love". You may not always love your parents, but you must honor them. You may not even like your parents, but you must honor them for they gave you life. Giving you life is something that cannot really be "paid back". The only "payback" is honor.
