Too many people just shuffle along, scared to talk, scared to joke. What a terrible way to live. You don't have to get involved in every battle, but don't walk away from everything either. Some fights are not worth your time-but many are worth a phone call, or an e-mail.
You'd be surprised what one person with a phone and a computer can accomplish.
