Don't take it from me. Take it from the New Jersey Judiciary-who notes that women's lactation status was not among the personal information solicited from bar exam participants.

I'm actually shocked that that question is not on the diversity surveys.
They ask nowadays about your sexual preference, and fetishes (kidding, but that will come..), how you take your afternoon tea (were that only so), but not if you are lactating. Perhaps someone will tip them off? This could be an entirely new area of development for the equity bureaucracy?!?!
