And seriously-the food in Israel is absolutely incredible. The fruits and vegetables are outstanding, the dairy products unbelievably delicious and also-the spices are so amazing. I also love all the "ethnic" foods in Israel.
Married into my husband's side of the family are Moroccan and Kurdish Jews and boy can they cook. And my mother in law is Persian, and is an excellent cook as well. They all have a way with spices and with spicy that is amazing.
And actually, the olive oil in Israel is spectacular as well.
Jewish food is not just gefilte fish, lemme tell ya.
