Mann Versus Steyn: Some (Possibly) Good News!

Well, well, well.

A little bird tells me that the semi-illiterate Clinton appointee judge has been taken off Mark Steyn's case!

(I'm trying out Scribd. I'm not a technical power house, so I hope this works)

At the time, I said that I didn't think that there could have been a worse judge appointed to the case.

More previous thoughts here.

I really, really hope this is an improvement in Steyn's case.

I did a little research and this new judge seems to have a little more going for him.

He seems to not be soft on criminals, and although he was appointed by Jimmy Carter, he was re-appointed by both Bush senior and junior.

I'm hopeful that he will, at the very least, be more intelligent than the previous judge. I still feel it could not have been worse with the previous judge.

My verdict: The evidence at this point suggests that this must considered good news for Mark Steyn and National Review.

STEYN AKBAR! ULULULULU!
