America-home of the brave and land of the free phones?
I know, I am not very bright-but can anyone explain to me why the government (otherwise known as the taxpayer) has to supply "free" phones to the "less fortunate"?
And if you have money for a full set of fake nails, and for maintaining them, why can't you redirect that amount, on a monthly basis, for your phone bill?
Because you can't?
Or because you are (once again) possibly making a bad choice?
