Common Sense-Not so Common

The headline is actually not accurate. After a major screw up, the RESP company did the right thing.

Kudos to the CEO who stepped in and righted the wrong immediately-but only after being contacted by a major newspaper (that's when she heard about it).

But honestly, what does it say about our society when a CEO has to step in to reverse a decision not to take 90% of the education fund of a child who died from cancer in fees?

What kind of cretin blithly says "those are the rules" about such a situation.

I guess future training needs to include thinking with your brain and heart, as a human being?

As I was saying: Common sense, not so common.
