This is appalling, and sadly typical.
Why exactly should a native born, or naturalized citizen of a country have to beg for life-saving cancer treatment from his or her government betters, when billions of dollars are wasted, or sent as jizyah payments to barbarian nations?
It is a very reasonable question given the very unreasonable circumstances.
