(Not that the Saudi's have suddenly started loving Jews. They have not. But the Kingdom wishes to exist, and not be wiped off the map by an Iranian regime which is genocidal and apocalyptic, and therefore to which the concept of deterrence or MAD: mutually assured destruction does not apply. So the Saudis have this in common with the Israelis and this is a big deal.)
