So, in Britain, in 2016 finding something funny, and "liking" it on Facebook is enough to get you fired from your job.
Every lunch lady in Britain and every school child and their parent in that school should be liking that photo. They can't fire everyone.
They need to be DARED to fire everyone who likes that photo.
