Demographic doom for Europe.
Unfortunately, they are stuck on demographic stupid:
"While Estonia’s government admits the country is facing a critical
shortage of children, the health ministry is seeking to lower the age
limit for elective surgical sterilizations. Ingrid Ots-Vaik of the
Health Department of the Ministry of Social Affairs said the ministry is
considering draft amendments to the law to lower the age limit from 35
to 26."
