Umm, call me CRAZY but I would rather my bridges, planes, computers and automobiles be built by engineering students who study things like math, chemistry and physics rather than this diversity crap.
But in the crazy world of diversity hucksters your plane will either not take off or fall out of the sky, the bridge will collapse and you will end up driving an Edsel, but at least the one-legged, two-spirited, tranny, Wikkan, Gender Studies major will feel good about the fact that you went to Diversity Re-Education Gulag™!
